DB0016 Acrylic Paint - 16: Gold - Metallic - 14ml

Humbrol No. 16 Gold is a Metallic, water-based Acrylic paint supplied in a 14ml dropper bottle. It is developed for plastic model kits and resin models, and works on many other substrates. Rich pigmentation gives high opacity in two thin coats. Humbrol has been the modeller's standard for decades.

How to Use

Prime the surface first, as Metallic Acrylics adhere poorly to bare plastic. Brush straight from the bottle or palette, or airbrush thinned with water or Acrylic Thinners at 2 parts paint to 1 part thinner. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat, letting the first coat hard-dry before applying the second. Clean brushes with water or Acrylic Thinners when wet, cellulose when dry.
